


Our SWEAT classes are an hour in length with programming powered by HYROX to create to a high intensity 60 minute class that features a variety of endurance and functional fitness movements. These classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression that includes warming up, movement instruction and demonstration, movement supervision and correction during the workout, and a cool down prior to ending the class. These classes are inclusive to everyone as the movements and workouts can be modified to fit all levels of fitness and ranges of motion.
