CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, from beginner to competitive CrossFitter.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression an hour in length and follow this basic structure:
A coach will guide you through a specialized warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration before starting the workout. The coach will supervise and correct your movements during the workout to ensure technique is maintained and you’re getting the most out of your workout.
